Refund policy

All sales are final — and here is the whole picture, in plain words

I’m Jenn, and I run SellersAce myself. I want you to feel good about trying these apps, so let me explain exactly how this works before you spend a cent — no fine-print surprises, ever.

The short version

All sales are final. I don’t offer refunds on subscriptions — not on monthly plans, and not on yearly plans. But you can cancel anytime, and cancelling is easy: nothing more is ever charged, and you keep using your apps until the end of the time you’ve already paid for.

Why it’s this way

These apps are digital, and they’re yours in full from the very first minute — there’s nothing to ship back. That’s why every single app starts with 7 free days. You get a whole week to open the app, click around, and decide if it earns its place in your shop, before any charge happens. The free trial is there so the “no refunds” rule never has to sting: the trying happens first, on me.

I also keep the prices as low as I honestly can. At these prices, there simply isn’t room to run refunds on time the apps have already been used — so instead, I put the safety where it helps most: up front, in the free week.

Your free trial

  • Every app starts with 7 free days.
  • The trial asks for a card on file. That’s only so your app keeps working without a hiccup if you decide to stay — if you cancel before the 7 days are up, you are not charged anything at all.
  • There is one free trial per eBay store, for each app.
  • Free days never stack. Pick two apps, three apps, or all six, and they share the same 7 days — it is 7 days in total, not 7 days for each app added together.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel anytime. There is no fee, no phone call, and no hard feelings.
  • Cancelling stops every future charge, right away.
  • You keep using the app until the end of the time you’ve already paid for — the end of the month on a monthly plan, or the end of the year on a yearly plan. Nothing is cut off early.
  • Because you keep the full time you paid for, cancelling doesn’t refund the time already in use — there’s nothing left owing on either side.

If a charge is ever truly wrong

This part matters to me. If something is ever a genuine billing mistake — you were charged twice for the same thing, or a charge went through after you had already cancelled — email me at [email protected] and I will make it right. The “no refunds” rule is about time you’ve had and used, never about keeping money that was charged in error.

Questions about any of this? Email me at [email protected] — I read every message myself.
