SellersAce — Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026
Business: SellersAce
Contact: [email protected]
In plain words
SellersAce only works if sellers trust us with their store information. This policy says what we collect, why, who it is shared with, and how you can ask us to delete it. We only describe protections here that we actually keep. Anything we have not finished setting up yet is marked in this draft, and it will be confirmed before this policy is published.
What we collect
We keep the minimum it takes to run your account and your apps — nothing more.
- Your name and email address — so we can run your account, send your trial and account messages, and answer you when you write to us.
- Payment information — handled by Stripe, our payment company. We never see or store your card number. Your card details stay on Stripe's side.
- Your eBay store information — when you connect your eBay account, the apps receive the order and listing information needed to run the app you purchased. We never see or store your eBay password. You connect through eBay's own secure sign-in, and only with your permission.
- Usage records — basic records we need to run the service, keep accounts working, and fix problems when something goes wrong.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your eBay password. Ever.
- We do not collect or store your card number. Stripe handles payments.
- We do not copy and keep your whole eBay store. The apps hold only the working pieces they need, in your account only.
How we use what we collect
We use your information to run the apps you purchased, keep your account working, take payments through Stripe, answer your support emails, and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
Who we share with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Stripe — to process your payments.
- Our hosting provider — the company whose computers the service runs on, so the apps can work at all.
- eBay — through the account connection you gave permission for, so the apps can read and work with your store information.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your eBay connection
SellersAce is an independent tool created by a fellow seller. We are not eBay and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.
You can disconnect your eBay account at any time. When you disconnect, the apps stop receiving your eBay information.
Keeping your information safe
We use protections to keep your information safe, including keeping account access behind sign-in and holding your information in scrambled (encrypted) form where the service stores it.
Honesty matters more than sounding impressive: no system can honestly promise to be 100% secure. We work to protect your information, and if a problem ever affects your account, we will tell you what we know.
How long we keep information
You can email [email protected] at any time to ask us to delete your information.
Your choices: see your data, or have it deleted
You can email [email protected] at any time to:
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your information.
We will answer these requests and explain if any small piece has to be kept for a short time for billing or legal reasons.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to delete your personal information.
- Know that we do not sell personal information — so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Children
SellersAce is built for eBay sellers running a business. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the effective date at the top and let account holders know — for example, by email or by a notice in the app — before the change takes effect.
