Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds. Due to the digital nature of our apps and services, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

We know that is a firm rule, so here is the rest of the picture, fairly and in full, so nothing about it is a surprise:

You can try before you pay. Every app starts with a 7-day free trial, once per person per app. The trial is there so you can be sure an app fits your store before any money changes hands.
You can cancel anytime. Cancelling takes a minute, stops all future charges, and you keep using the app until the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is taken away early.
Mistakes on our side are different. If you were ever charged twice for the same thing, or charged an amount that does not match the price you were shown, email us at [email protected] and we will look at it right away and put a billing error right. Putting a wrong charge right is not a change to the rule above — it is just honest business.
Nothing here takes away any right the law gives you. If the law where you live gives you a right that this policy does not mention, that right still stands.

The free trial

Every app starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial is once per person, per app, ever. If you start more than one app at the same time, those apps share one seven-day trial window.

The trial lasts 7 days and is free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged at the price shown at checkout — Listing Ace $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year, Buyer Ace $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year, Track Ace $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year, Sales Ace $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year, with $3 off for two apps, $6 off for three, and $9 off for all four — and your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel.

How to cancel

You cancel in the app, in your Dashboard under My Apps.

When you cancel:

No future charges are taken.
You keep access until the end of your current paid period (or the end of your free trial, if you cancel during the trial).
Cancelling does not refund a period that has already been paid for, under the rule above.

Each app is cancelled in its own place in your Dashboard, so the right one stops.

Price changes

If a price ever changes, we will give you notice before the new price is charged to you, so you can decide whether to stay or cancel before it applies.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment company. We never see or store your card number — your card details stay on Stripe's side.

The legal part of this policy

This policy is part of the SellersAce Terms of Service. It is governed by Florida law, and disputes are settled by arbitration, as described in the Terms. Our liability is capped at what you paid us, as described in the Terms. If any part of this policy is ever found unenforceable, the rest of it still stands.
