SellersAce — Terms of Service

1. What SellersAce is

SellersAce is a set of simple apps that help eBay sellers with the busywork of running a store. SellersAce is an independent tool created by a fellow seller. We are not eBay and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.

The apps are:

Listing Ace — $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year. Not available for purchase yet.
Buyer Ace — $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year.
Track Ace — $7.99 a month or $79.99 a year.
Sales Ace — $12.99 a month or $129.99 a year. Not available for purchase yet.

Buyer Ace and Track Ace are the first two apps offered. If you pick more than one app, we take money off the total: $3 off for two apps, $6 off for three apps, and $9 off for all four apps.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Do not share your password, and tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has gotten into your account. What happens in your account is your responsibility.

The person who holds the main account (the master account) is responsible for anyone they add to it and for what those added users do inside the account.

3. Free trial

Every app starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial is once per person, per app, ever. If you start more than one app at the same time, those apps share one seven-day trial window.

The trial lasts 7 days and is free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged at the price shown at checkout, and your subscription will auto-renew until you cancel. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you are in.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancelling

Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment company. We never see or store your card number — your card details stay on Stripe's side.

Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You cancel in the app, in your Dashboard under My Apps. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not end your access early. You keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Prices can change. If a price change affects you, we will give you notice before the new price is charged to you.

5. Connecting your eBay account

The apps connect to your own eBay account only with your permission, through eBay's own secure sign-in. We never see or store your eBay password. You can disconnect the connection at any time.

The apps only use the order and listing information needed to run the app you purchased. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how it is used.

6. Acceptable use

Please use SellersAce the way it is meant to be used. That means:

No abusing the service or trying to overload, break into, or interfere with it.
No trying to reach another seller's data or another account that is not yours.
No using the apps to break eBay's rules or the law.

You are responsible for following eBay's own rules in your store. If eBay restricts, suspends, or ends your eBay account, that is between you and eBay — SellersAce is not responsible for eBay's decisions.

7. The service, honestly

We work hard to keep the apps running well, but no software is perfect. The service is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. If something goes wrong, tell us at [email protected] and we will do our honest best to make it right.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with SellersAce is limited to the amount you paid us for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or lost profits, that come from using or not being able to use the apps.

9. Florida law and arbitration

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute connected with SellersAce will be settled by binding arbitration rather than in court, except where the law says otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a change that matters, we will give you notice — for example, by email or by a notice in the app — and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the apps after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
